We also record the page you submitted from, campaign parameters in the page address if present, and a one-way hash of your network address used only to limit spam. We do not store your raw IP address.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your request, prepare a migration plan or quote, and follow up about that request. We do not use them for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Submissions are stored with our hosting and database providers, which process data on our behalf. Only our team can access submissions. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed and device type. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. To request a copy or deletion of your information, email us at info@lingows.com.

Please do not send patient or protected health information through this website. Our forms are not designed to receive it.
