EXCHANGE TO GOOGLE WORKSPACE
Exchange to Google Workspace migration
We migrate on-premises and hosted Microsoft Exchange to Google Workspace, including mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and shared resources. Retiring Exchange removes server maintenance, patching, and backup overhead, and your users land in Gmail and Google Calendar with their history intact.

Planning
What to plan for
Server access
On-premises migrations need an account with mailbox access and a reachable endpoint. We confirm connectivity during discovery.
Mail flow from devices and apps
Scanners, line-of-business apps, and alerts that relay through Exchange need new SMTP settings before Exchange is shut down.
Decommissioning
Keep Exchange online until the delta pass finishes and mail flow is verified, then retire it on a planned date.

Questions about Exchange migrations
Can you migrate from an old Exchange version?
Usually, yes. Older versions may need extra connectivity steps. Discovery confirms the method before a quote is final.
What happens to public folders?
We review them with you. Active content typically moves to shared drives or Google Groups. Stale folders can be archived instead of migrated.
Can we run Exchange and Google Workspace side by side?
Yes, for a short period during staged migrations. We configure mail routing so both systems deliver correctly until the last batch moves.
