Teams history does not map directly to Google Chat. We help you decide what to export, archive, or retire before cutover.

These become Google Groups or collaborative inboxes. Discovery maps each one so mail keeps flowing to the right people.
Office file formats
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files open and edit in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Files with complex macros are flagged so you can keep them in Office format.
License timing
Keep Microsoft 365 active until the delta pass completes and users confirm access, then cancel to avoid paying for both longer than needed.

Yes. Google Workspace supports Outlook through Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook on Windows, though most teams switch to Gmail in the browser for full feature access.
Do Word and Excel files still work in Google Drive?
Yes. Office files open, edit, and save in Drive. You can keep them in Office format or convert them to Docs and Sheets for real-time collaboration.
What happens to our Microsoft 365 data after migration?
